The Production Process

Honey Sourcing

We source raw, unprocessed honey from selected apiaries. The quality of the honey defines everything that follows.

Must Preparation

Honey is dissolved in purified water and nutrient-balanced to support healthy fermentation.

Fermentation

Temperature-controlled fermentation over 4–6 weeks. Monitored daily for consistency and flavor development.

Spice Infusion

Natural cinnamon and ginger are introduced at optimal points during fermentation for maximum flavor integration.

Conditioning

Meads are conditioned in stainless steel tanks before bottling to allow flavors to settle and mature.

Bottling

Every bottle is filled, sealed, and quality-checked in-house. No shortcuts, no outsourcing.

Our Facility

Built for Premium Production

Our Bethora facility was purpose-built for controlled mead production. Food-grade stainless steel tanks, temperature monitoring systems, and a clean-room bottling environment ensure every batch meets our exacting standards.

We maintain strict batch records so every bottle can be traced to its production date, fermentation conditions, and honey source.
